Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from the UK. All orders are packed carefully and sent using Royal Mail.

I only ship to the UK (but hopefully will open to international in the future!) 

Shipping Times

I post once a week. Processing times vary from 1-5 business days.

Packaging

All items are shipped in sturdy envelopes with backing boards.

Risograph

All my products are risograph printed at Caterpillar Press. Any differences to product appearances is due to the unique nature of risograph - each print will look different and that is part of the charm of risograph printing!

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final - I don’t offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, I’ll happily replace it for you.  If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it and I’ll make it right!
